Welcome to the portfolio site of Damion Gordon. The name BY THE PIXEL or BTP GRAPHX for short started as my own consulting business. The name describes what happens on my computer monitor day to day and that is moving pixels.

As a Bay Area California native, I bring 20 years of experience and understanding to develop designs from concept to completion with a high level of success and execution.

I share my knowledge by mentoring new designers, designers moving from the print design industry wanting to make the jump to UX.

My effective critical thinking, design, problem-solving, and communication skills are an asset to any organization.
